1. What this service does

pon-schedule is a web service that overlays several people's free time to propose meeting candidates, then handles sharing, answers, holds and confirmation. The person who creates a meeting signs in with a Google account and can create groups and invite members.

2. What we do not collect

We do not collect personal information for advertising or tracking. We do not collect or transmit browsing history. We never handle your Google account password.

3. Data stored

• Google account information: the account identifier, display name, email address and profile picture we receive from Google at sign-in. They are used to tell signed-in users apart and to show names in groups and meetings.
• What you create: groups (name and members), follow relations, and meetings (title, participants, candidate times, answers, holds and confirmation state).
• Where: on servers operated by us. We do not sell or share this data with third parties.

4. About the ads

This service is funded by advertising. No personal information or browsing history is passed from this service to any ad provider.

5. Deleting data

You can leave a group inside the app. To delete everything tied to your account (Google account information, groups, follows and meetings), contact us via "8. Contact".

6. What Google sign-in gives us, and how we use it

Google sign-in requests only your account identifier, email address and basic profile (display name and picture). We do not request permission to read or write your Google Calendar. If calendar integration is offered, we will ask for permission separately and update this policy.

7. Analytics

Neither the pon-schedule website (pon-schedule.com) nor the app (app.pon-schedule.com) uses analytics tools.
